Why am I having problems checking out?

Can I purchase if I'm underaged?

In accordance with Canadian tobacco laws, all orders must be received in person and require a valid government-issued photo ID to verify that you are above the age of majority in your province or territory. This policy applies to all products we sell, including accessories, batteries, and even e-juice with 0mg nicotine.

Please be aware that if you attempt to order and are underage you will not receive a refund when your order is denied due to ID verification.

I can't find what I'm looking for!

While we take pride in offering a wide selection of products, there are some items we may not be able to stock, and occasionally, we may discontinue certain products to make room for newer ones. Can I pay using pre-paid credit cards or visa debit cards?

We can accept these forms of payment; however, if a return or refund is necessary, the refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. Please ensure you retain this card for the duration of our return policy.
