How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please contact us. They will assist you by opening a return ticket and guiding you through the process to make it as simple as possible. Ensure that your device is covered under our Product Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges Policy.

Please note: consumable items like e-liquid, pods, and coils cannot be returned.

Is my device covered by warranty?

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We handle tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, and while we strive to accommodate your request, we may not be able to do so before your order is shipped due to varying ticket volumes. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it is en-route.

My device isn't working, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Service department with your order number and a detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing.

If your device is still within warranty and cannot be fixed through support, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Even if your device is out of warranty, we will do our best to troubleshoot the issue for you.

Can I return e-liquid, disposables, pods, and coils?

Due to the consumable nature and limited lifespan of e-liquid, disposable e-cigarettes, atomizer tanks, coils, cartomizers, and pods, we are unable to accept returns for these items.
