PLACING AN ORDER

How do I place an order?

Once you’ve found the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. Please note that some items may require you to select a modifier, such as color or nicotine strength, before adding them to your cart. You can then choose to go directly to your cart or access it by clicking the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

On the next screen, you'll be prompted to enter your email and full name. Ensure the name matches the photo ID that will be required upon delivery. You'll then be directed to the billing information section. Please include any apartment or unit numbers in your address and double-check all details to ensure they are accurate.

Can I change or adjust my order?

If you need to make adjustments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. We can assist with the following adjustments:

• Changing the shipping address
• Updating contact information
• Removing an item
• Modifying an existing item (such as color or nicotine strength)
• Replacing an item with another of equal value
• Consolidating shipping for two orders that are still processing

If you require additional changes, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify the address, contact information, or order details.

Does the name on my order have to match my ID?

In compliance with Canadian tobacco laws, all items ordered from us must be received in person and verified with a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm that the recipient is over the age of majority. To ensure this, the name on the order must match the name on your ID. If you have any concerns about the name on your order not matching your ID, please contact us for assistance.
