Why is my order tracking not updating?

Orders shipped via Canada Post may experience delays due to factors such as weather conditions, holiday seasons, high parcel volumes, and other unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot provide updates on the delivery status once your order has left our warehouse.

You can track your order directly on Canada Post's tracking page using the unique tracking number assigned to your package. If your order is 14 days past the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. If Canada Post misplaces your parcel, we’ll be happy to open a ticket on your behalf to help resolve the issue.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times can vary based on your shipping location, the courier used, and the payment method chosen. Canada Post services are available nationwide, and our home delivery service is available to Hamilton and surrounding area. Area details are available at checkout in our shipping options.

Orders paid with a credit card are processed immediately, while those paid via automatic bank transfer are processed within 1 business day. Once payment is confirmed, our shipping team typically processes and ships orders within one to five business days depending on inventory.

Canada Post deliveries are picked up at 1 pm EST from Monday to Friday. Orders shipped via Canada Post will receive unique tracking numbers, which become active once the packages are processed at their sorting facility. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order from The Vapor Bar to your doorstep.

My order is missing items or I received the wrong item!

The way our fulfillment works is all Lab direct e-liquid is produced in our partner lab in London ontario and shipped directly to you. If you ordered hardware, disposables or any other accessories they will ship or deliver from The Vapor Bar in Dundas.

If you are missing an item still or recieved the wrong item/items please take a photo of the items you received along with the packing slip included in your order. Email these photos to our Customer Service team with your order number as the subject line, and we will promptly address your concerns.

Why is my order taking so long?

Orders are processed and picked up between 3 pm and 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday. Please allow up to one to five business days for our us to process and ship your order. For example, an order placed on a Friday might not be shipped until the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on our courier partners, and can vary.

If you suspect that your order has been lost or delayed, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We can open a service ticket with the courier on your behalf to help resolve the issue.
