Why won't my vape turn on?

Start by confirming that your device is actually on. Press the fire button five times in quick succession. Make sure to press the button rapidly and firmly each time.

Next, make sure your vape is charged. Connect the device to a power outlet using the appropriate cable. Let it charge for a few minutes, then try turning it on. If it still doesn’t power up, try using a different cable or plug it into another power source, such as a computer or laptop.

If your vape works when connected to a charger but not when unplugged, it might be a problem with the internal battery or chip. In this case, contact the manufacturer or store for assistance.

For devices with removable batteries, it’s a good idea to check the batteries’ voltage using an external charger. If the voltage is below 3.0V, the batteries may need to be replaced because they can no longer hold a consistent charge.
